* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan.
* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds are expected to gradually diminish
through the day as Super Typhoon Bavi moves farther away.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution when driving on roads with no
center barriers, as well as when passing high profile vehicles.
