Description: 
* WHAT...Dangerously large breaking waves up to 20 feet in the surf zone with significant coastal flooding. * WHERE...Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Warning, until 4 PM ChST Wednesday. For the High Surf Warning, until 4 PM ChST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure will be inundated. Significant shoreline erosion will occur. Waters will be deadly. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dangerous surf is ongoing along all reefs today as Super Typhoon Bavi (09W) moves WNW away from the Marianas while still generating strong swells. Dangerous surf heights of up to 20 ft and coastal inundation of 6 to 8 ft can be expected. As Bavi exits to the west-northwest, coastal inundation and erosion is likely to increase along west- and south-facing shores while easing elsewhere.
Instruction: 
Everyone should remain out of the water due to life-threatening surf conditions. Stay off of jetties, piers, and other waterside infrastructure.
