* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following counties, Edwards, Wabash and Wayne and southwest Indiana, including the following county, Gibson. * WHEN...Until 515 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 320 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen, and minor street flooding was already reported in and around Princeton, Indiana, with more heavy rainfall expected. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Princeton, Mount Carmel, Fairfield, Fort Branch, Oakland City, Albion, Grayville, Lancaster, Haubstadt, Owensville, Wayne City, West Salem, Patoka, Cisne, Allendale, Francisco, Jeffersonville, Somerville, Bellmont, and Hazleton.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
