Wabash River at Montezuma. .Flooding on the Wabash River has ended Monday evening at Covington, and will end at Terre Haute pre-dawn Tuesday...while minor flooding continues at Hutsonville down to Vincennes. The crest passing Riverton late tonight will reach Vincennes by Tuesday afternoon...with minor flooding starting at Mount Carmel late Tuesday. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site. * WHEN...Until Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Seep water occurs behind levees on Indiana side. Hutson Creek begins to overflow from backwater. Old Darwin Road and a few rural roads in eastern Clark and Crawford counties in Illinois are impassable.
