Wabash River at Mount Carmel. .Minor river flooding continues through at least Wednesday...on the White River below the confluence of the East Fork White...and on the Wabash River at Mount Carmel. River levels in these areas will rise or remain near steady through at least Monday. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Mount Carmel. * WHEN...Until late Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 22.9 feet, Water begins to flow over River Road just north of Fifth Street in the Mount Carmel area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM EDT Saturday /7:45 PM CDT Saturday/ the stage was 21.2 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:45 PM EDT Saturday /7:45 PM CDT Saturday/ was 21.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.8 feet Monday morning.
