Locations impacted include...
Anna, Jonesboro, Trail Of Tears State Park, Mounds, Dongola, Tamms,
Olive Branch, Ware, Horseshoe Lake Conservation Area, Ullin, Olmsted,
Pulaski, and Mill Creek.
This includes Interstate 57 in Illinois between Mile Markers 7 and
34.
