* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Illinois River at Valley City.

- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 6:00 PM CDT Saturday was 14.9 feet.

June 27. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
