Spoon River at Seville affecting Fulton County.
.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Spoon River at Seville.
* WHEN...From Monday evening to Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Easterly access road to Seville inundated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening to a crest of 23.1 feet Tuesday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage late Wednesday morning.
- Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
