* WHEN...Until late Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Billet-Vincennes River road is inundated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 28.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 36.3 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday
morning.
