River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Illinois River at La Grange LD.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 26.1 feet early Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
