precipitation for the next 24 hours.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Illinois River at Valley City.
* WHEN...Until late Tuesday night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:30 AM CDT Thursday was 17.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Monday
evening and continue falling to 12.1 feet Thursday, July 09.
