Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 159 AM CDT, Emergency management and public reports of flooding from heavy rainfall due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
