* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois, including the following counties, in north central Illinois, De Kalb. In northeast Illinois, DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will. * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 549 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen which has led to creeks and streams rising out of their banks and water on some roadways. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
