For the Thorn Creek...including Thornton...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Thorn Creek from Near Glenwood downstream to confluence with Little Calumet River, including the Thornton gauge. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Structures threatened along Glenwood Thornton Road north of Glenwood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:30 AM CDT Saturday was 10.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5 feet this afternoon.
