Illinois River at Valley City.
Illinois River at Meredosia.
River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Illinois River at Valley City.
* WHEN...Until late Wednesday night.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The road to Norbut Fish and Wildlife area
is flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:30 PM CDT Saturday was 15.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Tuesday evening and continue falling to 13.0 feet Saturday, July
11.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
Instruction:
