* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois, including the following counties, in north central Illinois, De Kalb. In northeast Illinois, Cook, DuPage and Kane. * WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. High water likely may recede slowly from flooded areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1058 PM CDT, local law enforcement, emergency dispatch centers, and highway departments reported flooding continues across the area. While heavy rainfall has ended, some flooding will be slow to recede. Some streams may continue to rise over the next few hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
