East Branch Du Page River at Bolingbrook affecting Will and DuPage Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and forecasted to continue. * WHERE...East Branch Du Page River from Maple Avenue in Lisle downstream to confluence with West Branch DuPage River, including the Bolingbrook gauge. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, DuPage River Greenway Trail is threatened east of the river near Royce Road in Bolingbrook. Trails threatened at Green Valley Forest Preserve near Woodridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 21.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:40 AM CDT Sunday was 21.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall throughout the next few days. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
