Allen Park west boat ramp inundated in Ottawa. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 462.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to or just above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 463.2 feet just after midnight tonight.
