* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Illinois, including the following areas, in south central Illinois, Bond IL, Fayette IL and Montgomery IL. In southwest Illinois, Greene IL, Jersey IL, Macoupin IL and Madison IL. * WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall moving over the same locations could produce flash flooding. Rainfall amounts of 1-3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts up to 6 inches possible.
