* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and southeast Illinois,
including the following counties, in central Illinois, Christian
and Shelby. In east central Illinois, Clark, Coles, Cumberland and
Moultrie. In southeast Illinois, Clay, Crawford, Effingham,
Jasper, Lawrence and Richland.
* WHEN...Through 1 PM Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain is likely late this
afternoon through midday Saturday with locally higher
amounts, with the heaviest rainfall late tonight and Friday.
