* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and southeast Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Shelby. In east central Illinois, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar and Moultrie. In southeast Illinois, Clay, Crawford, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence and Richland. * WHEN...Through 1 PM Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Up to an additional inch of rain with locally higher amounts in southeast IL is expected through this evening.
