* At 941 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near New Harmony, or 11 miles north of Mount Vernon,
moving east at 30 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
