* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The following county, in southeast Indiana, Switzerland and the following counties, in northern Kentucky, Carroll, Gallatin and Owen. * WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 532 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Carrollton, Vevay, Ghent, Sanders, Sparta, Worthville, Prestonville, Easterday, Langstaff, Interstate 71 at State Route 227, English, General Butler State Park, Eagle Station, Interstate 71 at Mile Marker 52, Carson and Interstate 71 at Mile Marker 40.
