* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana, including the following counties, Crawford, Harrison and Perry and central Kentucky, including the following county, Meade. * WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT /930 PM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 725 PM EDT /625 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
