Meade County in central Kentucky... * Until 800 AM EDT /700 AM CDT/. * At 328 AM EDT /228 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
