Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana, including the following
county, Perry and central Kentucky, including the following
counties, Breckinridge, Hancock and Meade.
* WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT /1000 AM EDT/.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 504 AM CDT /604 AM EDT/, local law enforcement reported
heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 4
inches of rain have fallen since midnight EDT.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Tell City, Hawesville, Webster, Lewisport, Cannelton,
Irvington, Muldraugh, Troy, Ekron and Union Star.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely and have them relay your report to the National
Weather Service in Louisville.
