* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following areas, Clark IN, Crawford, Dubois, Floyd, Harrison IN, Jefferson IN, Orange, Perry, Scott IN and Washington IN and Kentucky, including the following areas, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Hancock, Henry, Jefferson, Meade, Ohio, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer and Trimble. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT /7 AM CDT/ this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms capable of heavy rain are expected overnight until Sunday morning. Already wet soils in some areas will make flooding more susceptible, especially with each additional round of rainfall.
