Southeastern Berrien County in southwestern Michigan... * Until 345 PM EDT/245 PM CDT/. * At 255 PM EDT/155 PM CDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 8 miles northwest of Dowagiac to near New Carlisle to Kingsford Heights, moving southeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... South Bend, Mishawaka, La Porte, Niles, Dowagiac, Bremen, Buchanan, Gulivoire Park, Granger, Osceola, Walkerton, North Liberty, New Carlisle, Kingsford Heights, Edwardsburg, Lakeville, Roseland, Bertrand, Pokagon, and Dayton.
