* Until 345 PM EDT/245 PM CDT/.
* At 255 PM EDT/155 PM CDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along
a line extending from 8 miles northwest of Dowagiac to near New
Carlisle to Kingsford Heights, moving southeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

South Bend, Mishawaka, La Porte, Niles, Dowagiac, Bremen, Buchanan,
Gulivoire Park, Granger, Osceola, Walkerton, North Liberty, New
Carlisle, Kingsford Heights, Edwardsburg, Lakeville, Roseland,
Bertrand, Pokagon, and Dayton.
This includes Interstate 80 in Indiana between mile markers 65 and
86.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
