* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Johnson County in central Indiana... Southern Morgan County in central Indiana... Northwestern Brown County in south central Indiana... Northern Monroe County in south central Indiana... Southwestern Clay County in west central Indiana... Central Owen County in west central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1029 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.25 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
