* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Indiana, including the following counties, Lake IN and Porter. * WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 842 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving into the area with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Roadway flooding is expected shortly after the onset of heavy rainfall. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
