* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Indiana, including the following counties, Jasper and Porter. * WHEN...Until 830 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 525 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing torrential rainfall. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen in portions of the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. Runoff from the rain that has fallen and the additional rain will result in areas of flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... DeMotte, Hebron, Wheatfield, Roselawn, Kouts, Stoutsburg, Dunns Bridge, Baileys Corner, Fair Oaks and Parr. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
