At 241 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Hartford City, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Portland, Hartford City, Upland, Montpelier, Pennville, Center, Nottingham, Shamrock Lakes, Dillman, Mill Grove, Petroleum, College Corner, Liber, Keystone, Blaine, Domestic, Fiat, Balbec, Trenton, and Roll. This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 263 and 264.
