Description:
At 446 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Melody Hill, moving southeast at 20 mph. Other strong storms were
near Chandler and Boonville, also moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Evansville, Boonville, Newburgh, Chandler, Melody Hill, Darmstadt,
and Tennyson.
This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between Mile Markers 1 and 16.
