Description:
At 822 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain due to
thunderstorms had exited the warned area. However, water may be slow
to recede due to 2 to 3 inches of rain that occurred over the past
couple hours. Flash flooding concerns across the county remain.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
