Description:
At 306 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms had produced 2 to 4
inches of rain across the warned area. Flooding is ongoing.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
Richmond, Fountain City, Spring Grove, Bethel, Whitewater,
Williamsburg and Middleboro.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
