* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 331 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned
area. Up to 4.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Indianapolis, Terre Haute, Greenwood, Plainfield, Beech
Grove, Martinsville, Greencastle, Mooresville, Brazil,
