Blue River at Fredericksburg affecting Harrison and Washington Counties. .Heavy rain from the past 24 hours will cause the river to rise. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Blue River at Fredericksburg. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water covers parts of Fredericksburg-Depauw Road near river. At 22.0 feet, Backroads in town flood. Water approaches US 150. At 23.0 feet, US 150 is closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 21.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:30 PM EDT Saturday was 22.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this evening and continue falling to 4.8 feet early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 22.2 feet on 04/06/2025. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
