* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Indiana, including the following counties, Gibson and Pike. * WHEN...Until 245 PM CDT /345 PM EDT/ Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 832 AM CDT /932 AM EDT/, local law enforcement reported flooding across Gibson and Pike Counties, with numerous rural and county roads across the counties flooded, along with water running across IN-64 east of Oakland City. Between 5 and 11 inches of rain have fallen over the past 72 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Princeton, Fort Branch, Oakland City, Petersburg, Haubstadt, Owensville, Winslow, Patoka, Francisco, Somerville, Hazleton, Spurgeon and Mackey. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
