Wabash River at Mount Carmel. .Minor river flooding continues through midweek on the White River near Hazleton and on the Wabash River at Mount Carmel. River levels in these areas will slowly drop throughout the period. The White River at Petersburg is expected to drop below minor flood stage this evening. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Hazleton. * WHEN...Until late Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Flood waters cover the Hazleton softball field.
