White River at Petersburg. .Minor river flooding has ended on the White River at Petersburg... but will continue at Hazleton through Thursday morning...as well as on the Wabash River at Mount Carmel through late Wednesday. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Hazleton. * WHEN...Until late Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Flood waters cover the Hazleton softball field.
