* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana, including the following
areas, in Indiana, Crawford, Dubois, Jefferson IN, Orange, Perry,
Scott IN and Washington IN. In south central Indiana, Clark IN,
Floyd and Harrison IN.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT /11 AM CDT/ today.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.
