In southwest Indiana, Daviess, Greene, Knox, Martin and Sullivan. * WHEN...From 8 PM EDT this evening through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The combination of rain from a thunderstorm complex this evening along with the potential for additional heavy rain from thunderstorms overnight could lead to pockets of 2-4 inches of rain and localized flooding within the watch area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
