* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties,
Allamakee, Chickasaw, Floyd, Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek and
southeast Minnesota, including the following counties, Fillmore,
Houston and Mower.
* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of storms could track over areas in northeast
Iowa that have already seen flooding over the past week and
produce 1-3+ inches of rain, which could quickly result in
renewed flooding.
