* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties, Harrison, Monona and Shelby and Nebraska, including the following counties, Antelope, Burt, Cedar, Cuming, Knox, Madison, Pierce, Stanton, Thurston and Wayne. * WHEN...Until 6 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Storm development is occurring across northeast Nebraska and should extend into western Iowa as well.
