* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties,
Harrison, Monona and Shelby and Nebraska, including the following
counties, Burt, Cuming, Stanton, Thurston and Wayne.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM CDT early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rain continues to fall across much of the area. This heavy
rain will continue to slowly move southeast. Additional rainfall
of 2" remains possible in these areas.
