This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...Until early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water affects old U.S. Highway 61 near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.6 feet and falling slowly. - Forecast...The river is expected to hold around 12.5 feet through early Thursday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
