This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...Until Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water affects old U.S. Highway 61 near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 12.6 feet and steady. - Forecast...The river is expected to hold around 12.6 feet through tonight and then slowly fall. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
