Upper Iowa River at Dorchester Hwy 76 affecting Allamakee County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Upper Iowa River at Bluffton. * WHEN...From Friday afternoon to late Friday night. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, River is significantly outside of its banks impacting both Bluffton Canoe Landings. Campgrounds along the river in Bluffton are underwater. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 12.2 feet tomorrow evening.
