Fourmile Creek at Des Moines Easton Blvd affecting Polk County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...The Fourmile Creek at Des Moines Easton Blvd, or from below Interstate 80 to the Des Moines River. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...At 14.3 feet, Flooding is likely in the dog park on Hubbell Ave. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.5 feet late this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
