Fourmile Creek at Des Moines Easton Blvd affecting Polk County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...The Fourmile Creek at Des Moines Easton Blvd, or from below Interstate 80 to the Des Moines River. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects businesses and apartments east of E 33rd St near E Douglas Ave...E Euclid Ave and Hubbell Ave. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 12.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of around 15.5 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
